Great information. Once you obtain the "Visa Temporal", are you forced to live/stay in Mexico for 180 days each year? Or can you stay 3 months, leave, and then, come back after 6 months and so forth.

Nice looking home for the money. Not cookie cutter, not thousands of dollars to maintain, nice size yard, nice and open inside. Won't last long.

I loved the 1st house although the 3rd one seemed more value for money. I will still pick the first.

I loved the 3rd property, it was picturesque and beautiful. Their only complaint was the location, they didn't want to be at the center of everything. For me, I consider that an additional selling point of that house. I noticed the kitchen was small but it was open so will do that. Outdoor living at its best in this house.

It's an incredible amount of property and opportunity for the right buyer, especially when you consider that it's coming fully furnished. Yes it's Mexico but what can you get in most any state in the US for under a million dollars that could come close to this?
